Leveraged Finance

Richard has over 20 years of investment and commercial banking experience and over 6 years as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Noritake spent 13 years with Citibank where he was head of their Global Structured Trade Finance business and was co-head and founded the the Loan Structuring and Syndication business in Latin America. During his career at Citibank, he raised over $12 BN in complex cross border transactions for sovereign governments, multi-national companies and large local corporations in the emerging markets.

Richard was Head of the Global Loans business in the Americas for Standard Bank of South Africa, and was responsible for origination, structuring and syndication of all of loans for the bank in North and South America. This included leveraged (acquisition) finance, project and trade finance and structured asset backed finance. After an assignment with Standard Bank in their regional office in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Mr. Noritake returned to the U.S. to continue in investment banking working with companies to raise capital across the capital structure.

Mr. Noritake has served as CFO for both a start up and high growth companies. In addition to being responsible for accounting and finance, he developed the strategic plans for the businesses and led the capital raising and acquisition opportunities for the companies.
